We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the smooth functioning of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and HR administration, ensuring a positive and professional work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist in the recruitment process, from job postings and screening candidates to organizing interviews.
• Manage new employee onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
Employee Relations & Welfare
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Support conflict resolution and assist in disciplinary procedures when required.
• Organize staff engagement activities and initiatives to boost morale.
Training & Development
• Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
• Maintain training records and assist in identifying learning opportunities for staff.
• Work closely with department heads to ensure training needs are met.
HR Administration & Compliance
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are updated.
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports and support the implementation of HR policies.
Health & Safety
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Support the implementation of policies and initiatives that promote a safe working environment.
• Organise health and safety training for employees in collaboration with H&S Department.
• Assist in workplace risk assessments and incident reporting procedures.
Requirements
• Previous experience in an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry will be considered as an advantage.
• Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
